Dick Bessire - our president director, is now in his 45th year of industry experience. As a licensed real estate agent managing mobile home parks, manufactured home communities, apartment complexes, shopping centers and land development, his knowledge and experience is very broad. Dick was elected and served several terms as Vice President and as Chair of WMA committees. Dick was also awarded with the Wallace E Carr Award, WMA's most prestigious honored award. State legislatures and officials rely on Dick's expertise in drafting new laws and regulations within our always changing industry.
Keith Casenhiser - our executive vice president director is now in his 36th year of industry experience. As a licensed real estate broker managing mobile home parks, manufactured home communities, apartment complexes, shopping centers and an active participant in the real estate industry. Keith is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Keith was elected and served as president of the OCMHET board of directors. He was also elected and served several terms as a board member for WMA, OCMHET, IMHA and recently won the above and beyond award from the Manufactured Housing Educational Trust.
Norma Johnson - our vice president director of property management is now in her 25th year of industry experience. Norma has worked side by side with Dick and Keith for those 25 years. As a licensed real estate agent she specializes in onsite management, physical operations, lease negotiations and the on going changes of legislation.
Combined with a well experienced staff of regional property managers, local property managers and administrative assistants we have grown and perfected the business of maximizing rents, revenues and values of the parks, staying on top of the always changing legislation and laws. We have become one of the largest mobile home park management companies in the United States.
